Heather Glover

Heather Glover was born and raised in Rockwood, TN, and attended college in Murfreesboro, TN, where she earned her BS in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. While in college, she interned with the Corps of Engineers, working on the computer systems for the dams. After college, one of her first IT jobs was at NISH, where she did their IT work for over three years.  

She has worked in the Information Technology field for over 25 years. She recently retired from ManTech after working there for over 18 years. During those 18 years, she worked in various IT roles, including system administration, system engineering, quality assurance, and testing engineering. Most roles involved managing large-scale projects.

Heather has lived in Tennessee most of her life but also in Northern Virginia and Colorado. Since 2024, she has applied her knowledge and experience serving ROANEnet in East Tennessee.
